Thelma 3&1 Maintenance has completed three big jobs for us this year and we would definitely recommend them and use their services again! They put in new flower beds around our entire house and mulched them, stained our deck and power washed our house, and assembled a very large out door play set. Bryan has always shown up when he said he would and gotten the work completed in a timely manner. He is professional, courteous, fair, and works hard to get the job done! Bryan did an amazing job transforming our backyard from dog disaster to creating a pathway that will eliminate the dog destruction issue. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything up front.
